Three-Way Item Matching
The Oracle Financials Cloud integration supports three-way item matching if line-item rows are flagged for three-way item matching.
The integration synchronizes master data between Oracle Financials Cloud and AP Essentials. General-ledger accounts, coding segments, currencies, suppliers, and purchase orders are imported, so the data is available for selection during invoice processing in AP Essentials. The available master data can also be filtered by business unit.
Invoice + Credit Note Registration
Purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices are supported. Invoices are registered as vouchers within a journal. AP Essentials can identify credit notes via a value on the invoice that is set during verification. Negative amounts can also be used to specify a credit note.
