When installing the Ricoh Client via the web device using the build downloaded from Device Manager, the Client may fail to read the DALP file correctly. As a result, pre-configured server settings from the DALP file are not applied and users are prompted to manually enter server details. After scanning and sending a job, the application may become unresponsive or experience delays depending on the device model.

Workarounds:

• Instead of installing from Device Manager, install the the Ricoh Client from the Tungsten TotalAgility installation folder from the following location:

  <Tungsten Agility installation folder>\TotalAgility\Agility.Server.Web\Resources\Share\MFPClients\ricoh

• Manually fix the DALP file by opening it in Notepad, copying its contents into a new Notepad file, and saving it again before use.

In an ARM machine, when you select the Detect Table option and perform "Train and Extract," the system returns an error, and the operation fails.

Workaround: Use Transformation Designer on a non-ARM based machine.

"Train and Extract" is not triggered when field settings are changed on the Fields tab in DocAI Studio.

Workaround: Test the changes to the field settings on training documents. Alternatively, save and then close your solution. The next time it is opened, extraction is performed automatically when navigating to the Fields tab.

Special characters cause confidence issues with numeric fields in an OmniPage zone profile.

Workaround: If your number fields for dates, amounts, or percentages show low confidence, add the date delimiter, the currency symbol, or the percent sign to the list of "Additional characters" on the OmniPage zone profile.

The major version of Scan Agent Service and the Repository Browser application in the Control Panel is truncated to a two-digit number: 25.2.0.0.

The major version for Reporting Service when installed using Tungsten.Reporting.TAService.msi file (such as during standard installation of TotalAgility using TotalAgility installation wizard or via silent installation) is also truncated to a two-digit number.
