AI knowledge base and Tungsten AI provider

Tungsten AI, available out of the box, helps you search across multiple documents for answers to natural language queries within your solutions.

Access to the AI knowledge base requires a TotalAgility Enterprise system license.

To use the AI knowledge base, add your indexes, and you can:

  • Transform large volumes of unstructured content like proprietary business documents, contracts, and emails into structured, searchable information by breaking them into meaningful chunks with contextual understanding. You can also specify chunk settings per Capture document type; for example, you may want an invoice to be chunked differently from a property valuation.

  • Securely store and manage enriched content in a centralized, searchable knowledge base.

  • Easily organize and update large volumes of unstructured information, making institutional knowledge accessible across the organization.

  • Quickly find answers within unstructured, long-form content using natural language queries. This AI-powered capability combines semantic search, question and answering agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to deliver fast, trusted responses, helping teams make better, more informed decisions.

  • Configure to override the maximum number of documents currently configured in the integration, persist the conversation, use a response profile, or specify the seed when you perform a search using the AI knowledge base.

  • View document references that include highlights for the relevant section.
