Usability enhancements

Query configuration, query selection, query results, and result filtering functionality in Work queue, Job list, and Workload controls in the Workspace are enhanced for both usability and accessibility.

Query panel

• Buttons now show icon + text labels for clarity.

• "My Queries" and "Shared Queries" are renamed to "Personal" and "Shared," with icons.

• Panel is resizable; selected query is highlighted with a checkmark.

Search criteria

• Most-used fields are displayed first; advanced options are collapsed by default.

• The Metadata section is hidden until a work type is selected.

• Labels are clarified and top-aligned.

• Text fields include an inline clear button.

Search criteria toolbar

• Button sets are streamlined for new and saved queries.

• The Revert button is only active when unsaved changes exist.

• Cancel prompts before discarding unsaved changes.

• Modal confirmation dialogs are replaced with non-blocking toast notifications.

• Columns and Share dialogs are redesigned for clarity and consistency.

Search results and Filter panel

• Empty state messages are shown when queries, searches, or filters return no results.

• Global Search is relocated above the results table; the Enter key now triggers search.

• The Filter panel is redesigned as a vertical side panel, scaling better with many fields.

Accessibility

• Full keyboard navigation is available across all panels and controls.

• Screen reader support is improved with corrected and added ARIA properties throughout.

• All panels are fully usable at 200% browser zoom.
