Tromba’s client is a State level Insurance provider. They have roughly half-billion premiums and over a billion dollars in total assets. They currently have several hundred employees and a data environment driven and defined by over 100 million pieces of paper. Our client initially engaged Tromba as a full-time Cognitive Document Automation and Enterprise Content Management Architect. Tromba has worked with this client for over a decade. Tromba has helped this client develop and recognize an Enterprise data/document environment that will enable them to grow and respond to constantly shifting demands.

One of Tromba’s solutions was to create the core components, vision, design, and construction of a fax automation environment. The solution integrated an Enterprise Fax environment with a business process management platform that managed approximately 60,000 facsimile monthly documents. Over 300 employees utilized the platform daily. The platform seamlessly integrated with our client's diverse technical environment defined by an Oracle data environment, JAVA applications, Linux servers, and Windows desktops. Business processing that was taking upwards of fifteen days cycle times before project completion recognized a reduction to two-day cycle times after the project.

Medical Insurance Client
Tromba’s client is an Insurer member that covers 68 million people across 120,000 groups.
Tromba’s solution helped our client recognize an accurate electronic business process management approach and improve provider and customer experience. Like many organizations, until Tromba introduced Cognitive Document Automation, Business Process Automation, Robotics Process Automation, and other technologies, this organization struggled with the misuse of CRM. They worked with the audit requirements for Provider onboarding. They also struggled with the audit for onboarding producers. Tromba implemented Robotics Process Management integrated with Business Process Management. They put a complete Intelligent Automation strategy in place that helps this client significantly reduce costs and process times. Individual projects were required to have a completed and recognizable ROI. Many of the ROIs recognized a minimum of 50% cost reductions.

Tromba's client is a nationwide health insurance provider that processes around 4,000 Accounts Payable invoices daily. Tromba's solution automates the extraction of invoice data, credit memo data, claim form data, and other vendor maintenance documents. Additionally, Tromba's solution provides critical process steps to match invoices to POs, check for duplicate invoices, and much more.
