Case assistant

The Case assistant feature offers valuable insights into case data for case workers, eliminating the need for manual searches in case details. Users can find the required information using natural language queries without displaying case data on the screen.

When using Generative AI or an AI knowledge base for Copilot on the form, or the chat control on the form itself, you can include case data within the information passed to the LLM.

You can customize the case data to avoid unnecessary inflation of token usage.
