Extended AI capabilities

Extended AI capabilities and Capture improvements optimize your business operations, making them simpler and easier to manage. New enhancements include:

• Enable Copilot Insights in existing forms without opening each form individually by using the new Enable Copilot on forms option available in the System settings Utility card.

• Customize the welcome message and the input help text when configuring the Generative AI chat control or Copilot Insights on a form to override the default message.

• Configure the chat window size when using Copilot Insights on a form or as a chat control on the form itself, allowing for a larger view at runtime. See the Display property on the Copilot tab of the form properties.

• Use a String variable in the Generative AI Chat control, Copilot Insights, Generative AI form action, and Generative AI activity to allow the source to give more options for using documents and receiving a response at runtime.

• Other enhancements include:

  • Improved user experience when generating an item, such as a process, form, or a Quick Workflow solution.

  • The "Reset chat" and "Prompt entered" events in the Generative AI chat control and Copilot insights for performing the configured actions on selecting the Reset chat button or entering a prompt in the Chat window at runtime.

  • Ability to select the response format as HTML or plain text.

    

• Support for customizing the header font color in the runtime Generative AI chat control.

  

• Support for streaming UI-based interactions: The response from chat-based interactions is streamed, providing a smoother user experience. Streaming applies to both Generative AI and Knowledge base searches.
