Enhancements to the Tenant Management System

This topic describes the enhancements to the Tenant Management System.

Prevent tenants from overconsuming shared resources

New settings are introduced to the Core Worker and Transformation Server service profiles in the Tenant Management System. The new settings mitigate the impact of resource-intensive tenants by enforcing limits on concurrent auto activity execution.

• Maximum Tenant Active Automatic Activities: Defines the maximum number of automatic activities a tenant can actively process at any given time. This prevents a single tenant from consuming an excessive share of Core Worker or Transformation Server resources.

• Maximum Tenant Active Automatic Activities Backoff in Seconds: Defines the back-off interval (in seconds) before the system attempts to lock additional auto activities when a tenant is already processing the maximum allowed. This prevents immediate re-attempts and reduces system strain under high load.

Simultaneous emails to the tenants

You can send an email to one or multiple tenants simultaneously. This enhancement enables you to communicate important information or updates to selected tenants, ensuring everyone receives the same message.

Automatic deletion of expired tenants

You can assign an expiry date for tenants in the system so that each tenant and all associated data are automatically deleted after a defined retention period. The Retention period setting available on the Settings menu of the Tenant Management System helps you specify the number of days the tenant data is retained before it is deleted. Tenant deletion is managed by a system task that runs daily.

The automatic deletion of expired tenants helps free up system resources, eliminating the need for manual monitoring and deletion of expired tenants.

URLs for DocAI Studio and Workspace in tenant email

The DocAI Studio and Workspace URLs are added to the email template for new tenants. When a new tenant is created, the tenant receives the email with these URLs.

Refresh button on dashboards

A Refresh button is added to allow manual refresh of dashboard pages. Each page is still auto-refreshed every 60 seconds.
